Why does my Candy Crush Level 5416 only have 19 moves?

I went online to figure out how to pass level 5416 and all of them had at least 30 moves and mine only has 19. What the heck?

@suevh the studio keeps reducing the moves on levels or sometimes make them completely different to make them more difficult. It's frustrating, I know! I'm posting a video with 19 moves with the hope it helps you:
