I am the captain of the team and the members have not left. I am up to date and should not have to recreate the team. I have Candy Crush on another device and the correct team is on that one. This is a technical issue that support needs to fix. As usual, you cannot get to them unless you post here. I am not really new to the game. I am on level 10,071. I just hardly ever use this site because I find it very hard to use. Sorry, do not mean to be offensive. Your intentions are great, but I just cannot use it on a regular basis. I get too frustrated! Thanks for trying to help me. Just get me in touch with support!
Now I just lost over 400 gold bars that I have earned over the last few months for coming in first in the event race. Says I have 8! From reading other posts, King will only help you out if you bought them. No help if you earned them. I am about fed up with this game and King!
Hi @mtm0816 it is worth contacting King regarding your lost gold bars, as I have read that sometimes they will give you some back as a goodwill gesture.
Personally as gold bars are held on King's servers then I feel they should return your gold bars anyway.

Have you tried logging out of the troublesome game? Log out of the game, clear your cache & browser history/temp files, restart your device, log back in.
