Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

@lynnbellusrn the bonuses are not always guaranteed to be in your game. They are given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means you're not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. They can also be missing due to temporary problems. They are also device specific so they are linked to your device and not your account.
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in.
