Both Sam's Streak and the Chocolate Box failed to give me my rewards!! 😱😟 I was first last night on the former and today it's having ''connection problems'' 🙄 (the only feature in my game that can't connect btw!) and the latter gave me everything for completing it except from the 10 GOLD!! What is going on?! I spend so many boosters to finish both only to lose everything like that! 😤
Update on the situation: The gold was finally given to me! Thank God! On the other hand, Sam's Streak continues to look like this:
I have got the same issue as you @arwen777 the simple fact that I am able to post here means I do not have any connection issues.
@Crazy Cat Lad @Pounawea @Sukanta_Biswas please make sure the game team is aware of this issue., and let everyone know what is going on.
@Alienscar like you can read at the candy necklace thread, I luckily found a way around this! I logged into my king.com account (I mainly play on win10 app) and I got the prize from there! After playing an old level, the feature appeared there too! Crossing fingers that this will work for you too! 🤞
I'm sorry to hear that sweetie! 😟 I hope that the CMs see this soon since so many players are having the same issue!
I won't be holding my breath for a response from our CM's to be honest. Choc Box, play button frozen, can't connect to App store, candy connections the list goes on, but never any updates.
