This has been going on for some time, over a month. I think all people with this issue that have spent $ to play your game should be reimbursed.
The level of service here is disgraceful. Not sure if everybody else noticed that the only way to interact with a service issue comment from the mods is click options that are all vaguely positive. That's just vile. I know that the app is purely for micro-transaction, but why even offer a support option if this is how they manage it. Community managers say that it's very complex and all I'm allowed to do is click a smiley face like im a 7 year old on social media for the first time.
Yes, it’s happened to me as well. Choc box returned, was working ok, then it’s disappeared. Logged out, now it won’t let me in again. Wrong email and password apparently. Not so. I guess it’s giving me a message
Clicking a reaction isn't the only way to 'interact' with a service issue comment. You can select the 'Flag' button and report the comment direct to the Moderators. You can also do what you have done here and voice your concern in a comment.
Please bear in mind that the people that are trying to help here are not employed by King, they are just players of Candy Crush that are trying to help other players as best they can.

Thanks for the message. You are absolutely right! When I opened the game this morning I was logged back in and the choc box had returned. Patience is indeed a virtue!!
