This error message above seems to appear in many games in the Chocolate Box.
The same issue is also causing that the feature do not appear at all in the game for some players or suddenly disappearing.
The issue is being looked into and hopefully fixed soon.

The Server Error in Chocolate Box has been fixed and the box has been working correctly the past weeks.

For 2 or 3 days I've had a server error on the chocolate box. I'm playing Candy Crush Saga on my laptop at King.com. Everything else is working fine. Please let me know how to clear this error message and gain access to the chocolate box.

No, as I stated in my email I'm playing Candy Crush Saga at king.com on my laptop without any problems. The server error message is ONLY on the Chocolate Box icon. I cannot apparently connect to my chocolate box to collect my prize for collecting the chocolates. I have played for many many months and this has only popped up for the last three days.

We're very sorry for your sudden problem and this is probably due to a technical problem with your game. However you can follow few troubleshooting steps below.(If you are using Windows 10 game app)
Check app update - log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
If you do not find the solution through these steps or if you got such a problem on the Kingdom platform, then please contact our Player Support.

all other game functions are working as normal, been for about a week now

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
I have done all of this and it has no effect, still same problem exists

Normally the above steps by kiara do help this. Sometimes slow internet is the cause of server connection interruption.
Please try to use the data mode or check your internet connection. Which might help you.
Also please let us know which device you are playing on.

I have the chocolate box icon too, but it will not open. I have already done all of the steps above this week in order to clear up another problem. I was almost finished with my previous chocolate box, and now there's this new one that I can't even open.
