Any idea when this will be resolved? It has been down for me for days now
On clicking chocolate box, it is throwing server error. Why is that, any idea?

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

first time i'm getting an error message on the chocolate box... and its not going away
Are you connected to WiFi or your data? What does the error message say?
It may be a good idea to log in and out of your account. And if that doesn't work, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app.
