This issue has been reported and look into. If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

I have the update of the game it is saying the chocolate boxes are unavailable to the server.

@pjgraham Unfortunately no... I've tried the syncing and it didn't work either...

I just posted a message about 20 minutes ago stating my chocolate box disappeared. Now since I have been playing the game it reappeared with the error "server could not connect"

I’m having the same problem, it’s been about a week. I check it every day and it says the same thing each time

I had the same problem with the Chocolate Box Deluxe all day today. Was nearly finished with my last task, and by the time I was finally able to get into the chocolate box, I had run out of time and was unable to complete it. Kinda crappy, but hopefully I'll have better luck next time.
