Where are my gifts from my last six purchases?

Hello there!!

I have not received the gifts 
from my last six purchases. 
Because I had 7 gold bars, 
the third place would be 10, 
plus the ones I won with the special 
box of chocolates added up to 32

But, the ones that I give you
for each purchase I did not 
receive. I appreciate you 
looking at it, I made the 
claim directly and they have 
told me to write to you.

Also, I ask where my award is,
which according to connection 
they did not give it? 
Is Candy Crush turned into 
a scam gambling app?
