Issues with not receiving correct gold bars

This is the 2nd email I sent. Please do not reply telling me to look at the help section. It doesn’t not address my issues. 

. The problem is this screenshot where I was 1st to the end of the episode and received only 5 bars and not 25.

I would appreciate someone correcting this and not directing me to a useless help center.

Welcome back to the King Community.

Currently the Episode race has different tests and the rewards are different in different test groups. Occasionally there is a change in the Test groups and you are currently part of the other Test group in the Episode race and there are 5 Gold bars mentioned as a reward in the new Test group.

At the beginning of the Episode race you will see how many gold bars you have participated in the race for and you will get what is mentioned there.

This will never happen, there are 25 gold bars mentioned but you got only 5 gold bars😊
