I asked this question a few weeks ago and stopped playing altogether because my piggy bank won't fill. Still having the same issue. I'll probably stop playing again because of it. I can't upload a screen video grab because the file and compressed file are too big.
Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
