What’s the point? I have read the discussions, completed the tasks of logging off, shutting down, clearing cache, etc. nothing works. Rewards are going unrewarded. Why not cancel this, offer something else that actually works in it’s place. Participants should not be this frustrated over inactive rewards.This makes me wonder are you doing this intentionally? There is with no real solution offered that resolves this issue. If you were responsive to your customers, you would’ve taken this down long ago.This is not an active reward, some sort of teaser.
