Hello, I am a longtime player of candy crush saga and am on level 10,019. I am not able to send a screen shot but this is the second time in 2 weeks that I have purchased bundle, says it's been paid for and then nothing. The first time I thought it was just a fluke but now. Not so sure. How can I get reimbursed for these instances?
