Is level 3746 Normal level with 19 moves? it's not looking like that?help me please

King Reducing moves but not mentioning as Hard level ehy?... it's quit impossible with 19 moves....could you please help me to beat it?

@someshkumar your first goal on this level should be to unlock the ingredients need unlocking as soon as possible, so you are going to need to start making combos. A stripe/wrap combo will unlock the ingredients and get some of the chocolate under control. Look for chances to make colourbombs whenever possible and switch them with stripes or wraps, once you start to use colourbombs it gets easier to make more so this is what you should concentrate on. Once the ingredients are unlocked ignore them and they will be collected as you clear the blockers and jelly. The last one will probably the one in the middle which has to wait for the popcorn to be cleared. There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is fairly easy.
