Candy crush crashing

Hi All. I am new but have enjoyed playing candy crush these last few months I noticed early on that I did not have all the features other players had but I kept playing. Recently my games crashed. I have been working with support and now they tell me features come and go. I am not able to use the “keep playing “ feature it shuts me down and takes a life. When I am given a life it takes it and shuts me down. I am in level 1051 for 4 or 5 days now. It will not let me play on. It keeps shutting me down. Any help appreciated. Support has not succeeded in helping. Very discouraged
