I don’t mind a challenge however this level is ridiculous. It was 24 moves then 20 and now only 10. To use up all your boosters is very greedy and i will not spend a dime. Fix this total BS level.

Yes level 3986 now with 10 moves. need play several time , and i will give this feedback to the game team
For level 3986 . First break icing blockers, dark chocolates, chocolates and liquorice swirls as many as you can. Striped candies will fall from candy cannon, use them to break more icing blockers, dark chocolates, chocolates, candy bombs and to destroy evil spawner so that it does not spawn candy bombs. Then make special candies and combine special candies to destroy remaining evil spawner, more chocolates and to bring ingredients from top to bottom to complete the level.
Keep trying , dont give up
