Please do the standard troubleshooting
Install any updates for both your device and game app. Then clear the cache/history of your browser. Then follow the steps below.
Open your Soga Game / Select Profile / Select Log Out / Close the app / Reopen the app / Log back in to your profile / Open the game.
Please do not uninstall the app, you will lose your gold bars as they are stored in your device memory
Also note: on Oct 13 a update is scheduled to be released
