Why isn't chocolate box not available

For the past 3weeks, I have been trying to access chocolate box but each time 8 get an error message "server can not be contacted". Can someone let me know what to do , though I don't think the fault is on my end. What is going on?

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.
