Royalty Program

I am unable to enter the Candy Crush Royalty Program. I get "403 Forbidden" at the top of the page. Underneath that it shows "microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2". Can you fix this so that I will be able to enter the Royalty Program? I have been enjoying it and would hate to lose it.

It has been fixed. I was able to enter at 9:30 Eastern time.

I cannot get into the Royalty Program page, I get this error:
