I’ve lost access to chocolate box… says not connected to server

Hi, I’ve really enjoyed using the chocolate box to get boosters but it’s not working. I play in my iPhone and done a switch off and restart but no joy. Any suggestions please.

I’ve been playing everyday for many years and slightly frustrated with this problem. Thanks, Caroline x

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

It is true that there was a temporary glitch for some players in the box of chocolates, but it must be resolved. All King games features and temporary events, including the box of chocolates, are test features that the Studio randomly releases to groups of players, so they are not always available and not available to all players.

Maybe now you are not in the test group and that is why you do not get this function.

Welcome to the sweet King Community.

It is true that there was a temporary glitch for some players in the box of chocolates, but it must be resolved. All King games features and temporary events, including the box of chocolates, are test features that the Studio randomly releases to groups of players, so they are not always available and not available to all players.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
