IPADPRO
Mijn spel candy crush op de IPADPRO loopt niet synchroom met mijn PC. In de andere spellen soda en friends gaat het wel goed. Hoe kan dit. Ik had het spel al verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd en het is nog steeds zo. Ik ben ingelogd met email adres en wachtwoord en niet via facebook. Hopelijk kunt u mij helpen? Groetjes, Marian
My game: Candy Crush Saga on my IPAD PRO does not synchronise with my PC. The other games: soda crush and friends is that not a problem.
Already removed and reinstalled candy crush but its still the same. Logged in with email and password. Not through Facebook. Hopefully you can help me. Regards, Marian

Please note that you are only allowed to post in English here. To your problem. It's strange that Candy Crush doesn't work. You're on King.com as I read it and it's usually automatic. I'd rather give you the moderators.

According to the community guidelines only English language would be accepted here and it was necessary for everyone to understand each other's problems or statements. You used two languages on the same thread but I'm not sure if that would be acceptable.😄
However either one of your devices may not be syncing with the server and this may be due to various reasons. I would like to get some information from you through which I may find the cause of your problem.
What platform are you using on your computer for this game?
What is the interval between the levels on both devices and which device are you ahead of?
Did you try to follow the Link above?

My English is not so good but I want to try.
I play 3 games: saga, soda and friends with my windows 10 and a IPad.
They all synchronise with my PC and the IPAD.
Now I use a new IPAD PRO and I do the same. Only Candy Crush does not synchronise. The other 2 games synchronise good, no problem.
With Candy Crush on PC: level 3887
With Candy Crush on IPAD PRO: level 3896
I follow the link but it did not help for me. Can you explain?

It is clear from your statement that the game is not fully syncing with the game server from any of your devices and this can be due to the app error.
However, can you try to find the solution by reinstalling Windows 10 app after uninstalling it?
If you return to level 3887 after reinstalling the Windows app, then there is a problem with the game app on your iPad.
