Made it to the Semi Finals but lost progress when I logged in through Facebook

Woke up Thursday with a rush of excitement, Semi finals were here at last. Crushed some candy on my mobile for awhile then decided to try it on my laptop. Never play it on that device but the fierce competition calls for new strategies. Had to log in through Facebook. Bad move. Completely lost my leaderboard for the semi finals. Same level as before but kicked out of the tournament. Immediately reached out to King Support. After a day of back and forth they have decided I can not get back into the semi finals. Very disappointed. Losing because I wasn’t good enough would be one thing but because of a tech issue is devastating.
