F5 Time Ran out?

That just happened. Our team reached 7000, but once I tried to claim the reward it says 'Time ran out'. Say what? That never happened before! Is there a time limit now to claim a reward?

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

f you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

The only time limit I know of associated with Fantastic Five is the seven days in which you have to collect your 7000 points. I am not certain, but I think that you have to claim your boosters within one hour of the seven days. This is because the one hour timer starts immediately regardless of when you press claim.

As I say I am not certain though, but I do know that other people have complained about the same thing
