Can you get a blue stars from level 594 without boosters ?

Without booster I only get 3 star with lucky Colorbomb and get a mix of wrapped and strip candy.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. For level 594 with a Sugar Stars can only with boosters to completed (Many boosters). I tried for this level more than 30 times with colorbomb and wrapped + striped candies for 1 hour unlimited boosters, but unsuccessful!
