I can't login. It keeps saying connection issue try again in a bit. What the hell. I'm using wifi and it allows me to connect to my Facebook 1 but not my e-mail

This is usually a temporary error that gets solved by itself after a few days.
If you still get this message after a week, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at the issue.

Yes I entered it correctly as I always do. So now I can't play for a week? That's BS I've spent money on this game. They need to fix it now

@Crazy Cat Lad how much longer until the issue is resolved? I paid for 6 hours of unlimited lives an hour ago. Payment has been taken but I’m losing out? If there were known server issues the game shouldn’t have allowed purchases!!
The page to email the support team won’t load, so being fobbed off doesn’t help. Am I to expect my purchase to appear as I paid for once the issue is resolved, or will I lose out? What is the email address for the support team please? Thank you
Hello @shubt there isn't an email to contact Support as the Contact Us is the only method and that isn't working. Even their instant messaging service is down.
If you would still like to try contacting King by email then please try this email address that I found in the system requirements of the Candy Crush app. Not sure if you will get a response, but it might be worth a try.
