Missing boosters

I have a problem of boosters missing. When I click on the map to play a level, the Select Boosters screen comes up, as usual. But the boosters are empty, even though I have available boosters. See the screen shots.

Hello, you are viewing a special level in which boosters are intentionally disabled. Levels like these are usually easy to clear and do not require boosters.

Depending on the structure of the level, some levels do not have the opportunity to use pre-game boosters to maintain the structure of some levels.This is because the level may be disturbed due to the use pre-game booster.

Moreover, even if a new feature is added to the new level, you are not allowed to use the pre- game booster at the beginning of that level to get better acquainted with that feature.

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on level 4597 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on these particular levels 4596 4598 4600 and 4603, however they should appear on levels such as 4599 and the levels 4601 and beyond.
