How Can I link my King and Community?

as per community guidelines, there's should be a pop up message when you log in or signed up .

but when i started logged in, no any message pop up to link my account (King) to community.

P.S i used my same email address.

Hello @1828NP I haven't seen that pop up for a long time now.

If you want to link your King and Community account though you don't need a pop up.

Click on your community avatar, and then select edit profile. In there you will see the option to link your accounts

Hi @Alienscar thanks for the info but I already did that, and nothing happen or any changes made.. 😞

my email is same with this account and to King.

Hi @1828NP Oh right, I thought ticking the option would have caused the pop up to appear. I haven't linked my accounts, so I don't know how things look different after you have linked them. Might just be you only need one password and one username for both accounts.

Maybe @Crazy Cat Lad or @Pounawea have more information on how to link your account now that the pop up has disappeared.

Hi again @1828NP I have found the old Discussion on this subject, and I would guess if you have ticked the box I indicated above then your accounts are now linked. I would imagine the pop up was only used for a short time to remind people of the option in their user profile.

Here is the information

So, how do I link my accounts?

Once you are logged in or have signed up, you will see the following pop-up (with your username):

You then click Yes, take me to my profile.

Once there, you will have to click on the box under "Link my Community and Game login details" and then click on save (important: you need to click save in order to link the accounts).

Please note: You need to confirm your email when you have your account created in order to link the accounts fully.

And that's it! With those simple steps you will be linking your King Game Account and your Community Account.

We really appreciate and encourage you to link your accounts, as it simply helps us help you better by connecting them both.

Please note that you will need to use the same email account both for the Community account and the King account in order for us to be able to match them.
