Not receiving prizes when I've climbed the tree

Why am I not receiving all my prizes when I climb the tree?? ITS VERY ANNOYING. I'm lucky to get 1 if I win 3. It's happened so many times.

Make sure updated your Apps, and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Sorry that you're having this annoying problem

It is my understanding that our Player Support team at Candy Crush is looking into what many of us are experiencing in our game features

We are just patiently waiting for the issues to be resolved
