Level races starting with same people at finish line

I’ve been complaining And texting support about this glitch in my game that makes me start level races with the same set of people at the finish line. I can’t even compete for the gold bars since they are already at the finish line ... please help

Hello @segeto the issue you describe affects a number of players, but I don't think there is a fix for the issue. Everyone that has complained about this issue before (including you) has just been told to complete the standard troubleshooting techniques. It is obvious that the normal techniques do not fix the issue, so that would indicate that only King can fix the issue. Unfortunately as we can see from all the other issues that are currently affecting Candy Crush, King don't seem capable of fixing anything quickly, or at all in some cases.

I would add that there is another glitch in the Episode Race that results in players automatically winning the Race just by starting the Race and then exiting the game. This hasn't been fixed either, so maybe you have got grouped with players that suffer from this other glitch
