Level 1469 - Impossible and Ruins the Whole Experience

Why is it that King introduce a level that is so difficult it takes away any fun from the game? Level 1469 is literally impossible and a complete waste of time when you only have 12 moves. Is it simply a way to get you to pay money? It is a disgrace! On top of this it seems that the number of moves you get differ according to the device you use... why? I see that there has been complaints about this level for a few years now but nothing changes despite the oh so caring tone of King's response. Bottom line it has nothing to do with skill but all to do with a random luck (or of course wasting money feeding King's bank account).
I though games were supposed to be about fun and skill not some sort of inescapable torture, filled with anxiety, irritation and resentment.

Some level can be challenging .Level 1469.try to break icing blockers, cake bombs and jellies. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break icing blockers, cake bombs, liquorice swirls and jellies. Once the cake bombs are braked, it will break liquorice swirls and jellies. Then break remaining jellies to complete the level. Keep trying
