My game randomly closes out while I’m playing and I lose my win streak!

It seems to always happen when I build my win streak to the max and when it closes it takes the life too! My game is updated already. I feel like it does it on purpose because it only happens when I build the streak

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

it happened to me too many times when Im at the peak of the game level and im closed to succeeding the level then crushed.. I notice that it crushes if i play non stop, till i feel my phone a bit hotter.. I think our phone needs a little time out to cool down. .
My question, do you continuously play when your game stopped?
