Is Fast Race Issue resolved?

I was told last week that there have been some issues with the fast race as it keeps disappearing on me and I have not received any gold bars for the last 7 episodes. The comment indicated that there was an issue and it would be resolved. Do not want to start the new episodes until I receive confirmation that it has been resolved .

Hello Susan a couple of the players near to the end of the map have said they received the Fast Race for one Episode. Equally other players haven't received the Fast Race.
Based on that I would say that the Fast Race issue has not been fully resolved.
If I were you I would keep playing though. If you fall behind the level releases you will then have to play the levels with much reduced moves.
