Vanishing climbing tree

Climbing tree keeps disappearing, sometimes for at least a couple of days which means I don't get to climb when the timer is complete. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Can you do something about fixing it.

I hate the way you do the candy crush saga tree climb and then take it away thats not fair just to let us use it for a couple days then take it away its the tree climb with the little candy pieces if your going to let me use it then please dont take it away thank you i only had eight hours left before i could use it again two days ago.
