Did not receive cupcake climb rewards

My cupcake climbed disappeared for about a week. I was so happy to have it back! I even quit with three rewards because I had been without it for so long and I wanted to win something! I won 30 minutes of the pink wheel and 30 minutes of cake bombs (the chocolate circle with multicolored sprinkles) + 2 free cake bombs (or whatever they're called). I received the two cake bombs but not the 30 minutes of either other booster. I am so disappointed. What can I do a?

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with this feature. It appears to be a problem for many players right now, and surely it will be fixed soon :)

Thank you!! I am sorry others are having this problem as well but at least it lets me know it's not specific to anything I'm doing or to my device!

I've had the same issue with the oast climbs. Helpfully they'll fix it.
