Why can I not click on my messages envelope? It tells me I have friend request but I cannot get to them and I really need friends.

Logout of your game and restart your devise and login again to see if that helps

If not

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

I had over 10 lives given 5o me from my friends. Playing candy crush saga. I checked 5 ( that's as many as you can get at 1 time) and " check all" got marked on accident. So o lost everyone over 5. Usually I just check 5 at a time so I don't loose them. Can you please a see check thos our. It just happened. Est 2,10 am.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

You start with the maximum 5 lives. You can see your lives in the heart meter at the top-left corner of the map screen.If you fail to pass a level, you lose a life.

If you run out of lives you can refill them immediately using Gold Bars. Otherwise you can wait, and a life will be refilled every 10 minutes, until you reach the full 5 lives again. If you have linked your game to Facebook you'll be able to ask for extra lives from those people who you know on Facebook who also play the game.
