All my lives have disappeared. Why?

Good evening! Only last night I had 337 lives that my friends sent me, but all of a sudden they all disappeared and I found only 24. Why? What happened to my lives and how do I get them back? I am thinking of quitting the game. Lives disappear, I do not receive the gold bars earned from racing and above all I am charged money that I have never spent !!!

@appiera I understand the disappointment of processing lives but why call the title "Discomfort or cheating" and not a real title like "lives losing" it will help to other with same problem.

@Tzvi_Marcu the title makes sense to me as @appiera is wondering, together with a lot of other players, if King is 'cheating' them out of their saved lives.

Without diminishing the importance of the disappearance of the widows in the game, it seems much more serious to me that they have charged you for things that you have not bought. Unfortunately from the Community we cannot manage this type of problem, due to privacy issues, so you must contact player support directly from your game. Please do so and explain what is happening there, so they can refund your money.

I I had also not received rewards for winning episode. It is also one of the cheating method of KING.com. I am playing 3611 level for 4 days. Not able to win the episode. King is attempting to lure me to use gold bar or purchase lives or shopping for using its products.

Thanks. You fold me how can I do this? I have already contacted King but 
they told me they are not responsible. I asked them to show me the receipts 
for my purchases, which I never made, so that I could understand what I bought, 
but they did not reply. Also how can I prevent the redirection to Playstore ???
