Bonus with every purchase

This is the third time I am asking this question, I have gotten zero help. I have never once received the bonus gold bars with my purchase. If there aren’t going to be any gold bars actually given, stop advertising it. I have gone through support and the response I got was go through support in the game, which I did. Several people emailed me and said they couldn’t help if I didn’t go through the game, I asked for help in the game. It’s a big scam

Hi there, here's how it works for me.

If I make a purchase, I won't receive free gold bars until I complete the whole episode (15 levels). At that point a little popcorn box comes up and gives me 1-2 extra gold bars, that's it.
