I have reached level 16,090 and a pink door popped up and said I have to play the mastery level but I'm not getting any rewards for passing new levels. What is this all about and can I get past this mastery level. I didn't work hard to get to this level just to be told I can't proceed with winning new levels. Please advise what is going on with this.
Oh well I'm beginning to believe that king support doesn't care about it's players. Support means helping your players when they have issues, not ignoring them. The "BLACK SCREEN" is happening constantly and impeding all of our hard work. For the last time please help with this matter.

What is going on with candy crush soda and the black screen popping up when you are watching ads to get extra boosters. When this happens the only way to get rid of it is to restart my phone and then I lose my progress and more important my level pins. I have checked all of the suggestions you have made in the past and everything is good. Please help as this is getting really frustrating.

Wondering what in the world is wrong with Candy Crush now?? I have beat about 10 levels this morning, got 3 stars on all of them except one, even got the blue stars on a nightmarishly hard level, and yet only show 11 stars collected ?? I guess it really doesn’t matter anyway as one of your fictional players already is #1 on the Tour Leaderboard with 15,760! Please quit wasting our time with these useless contests that only your bots win these days.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
