Why am I not receiving boosters and updates?

Boosters showing blank so I am not able to use them. Sven with updates have still not received the treat machine. Also not receiving boosters when I have won them from the games.

According to your statement, I think you have lost the stored boosters😪If the game app is corrupted you may encounter various problems as you have described so as a preliminary solution I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
Lost boosters may not return but let me know if you have got solution to your problem.
