Problem with Watching video’s

When i want to watch a video for an extra life or Candy, i always get this screen and everything is locked. I can’t click on ‘accept’, ‘back’ or anything else. I have to close the entire app and start again. With the same problem over and over again.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
