Why I cannot connect to my game?

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    I have already done all the above. I cannot log out since I cannot log in

    I wait over 2 weeks. I don't think the issue will resolve on its own.

    I cannot get the position from my old iPad to my new iPad. I’ve tried several times with deleting the app, resetting, etc. I would love to get some help!

    This is usually a temporary error that should get fixed by itself after a few days or a week.

    Please have patience and try again after a few days.

    If you keep getting this, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at this.
