Level 6023 malfunction! Help please!

I completed level 6023, it was still collecting points after 3 minutes and the game went black. Didn’t give me credit for passing the level!!! Help please!

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
