Can't log in??

When I try to log in or set up a new account I get a message that says to try again later.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there an ongoing problem with Candy Crush Saga?

This is usually a temporary error that should get fixed by itself after a few days or a week.

Please have patience and try again after a few days.

If you keep getting this, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at this.

In the meantime, if you can play on another device, you may find you can sign in! Sometimes this works for me
