Yea that adds up! He is messed up, but why toddlers why not pink ducks. He probably just wishes he had the twinkle in a old man’s eye as he holds his grand child
I'm pretty sure it's a tinkle. All he does it go in his pants, poor child, having to be harrased by somebody not even smart enough to even be a teacher, but somehow got in.
