Anyone else having issues getting actual prizes won from special weekly games? I've had several chest I've won not applying actual prizes. I go thru customer service, but that's so timely and difficult. Most times I've had screen shots of where I was in game so that helped. But looking for actual solution to problem. Any suggestions?

Hello @SophiaG I haven't had too many problems with rewards, but I have had some. I didn't get the gold from the Chocolate and just this week I didn't receive my rewards for coming second in the Weekly Contest.
In both of these cases I closed my game, cleared my app cache, and then restarted my device. For the gold it appeared when I opened the game again. For the Weekly Contest I received the rewards after playing a level.
