Legend has it that whenever someone says a level is their favourite, King will change it to a boring nearly impossible level. So far this has worked for me, let's test this further! Share your favourite level, wait for King to ruin completely! It has always worked for everyone; take for example the levels 2000 and 1055! It has also worked for me with level 1389, which used to be my favourite but was then turned into a boring order level (at least it's not impossible for now).
