Sending lives to other players???

I play candy crush saga on my android note 10+ I am not able to send other players lives but I am able to request them... I think if I could send then I would receive but I get very few lives thew the player ☹

Any suggestions, any help? Thanks 😊

Hi @DarDarW I play on an Android tablet, and I send lives through the leader board that appears at the bottom of each level. Don't you see this in your game?

According to your screenshot I can see that you have no friends on the Leaderboard and this problem can happen for various reasons. However let me know if you get the solution through troubleshooting steps as per the link below.

One question I have is that when you send lives to others, who are you sending them to? Does it show people?

@Sukanta_Biswas and @lindark I have the updated version of candycrush saga, I just verified that and I am NOT playing through Facebook. I have never been able to send lives at all however I can request lives... yes I see players when Asking for lives pic 1 but No players for sending lives pic 2... is there anything else I can do or show you... : ) Thanks so much for the replies it sure would be nice to have this part of my game fixed. By the way I was also one of the players with the chocolate box error and I even went as far as removing the game and reinstalling it and it did nothing other then made me lose all of my saved boosters and I had a lot 🥺 Not all doom and gloom thougg... I am totally enjoying the game 😊

Hello @DarDarW based from my experience, you can’t send lives to your friends unless they asked you to send one. You can only request lives from them, and once they do, you can return back the favor..

Thanks sooo much for trying to help me figure this out but I am posting a pic from Alienscar showing he is able to send lives through his leader board and a pic of mine - mine does not have players (only shows me) or give me the option to send lives 🥺 his does.

@Sukanta_Biswas I am not signed up for candy crush saga through Facebook... I downloaded the app through the playstore and signed up through king with a user ID and password... again I am playing on a android note 10+ phone.

Would love to be able to send lives to get some back... it would be a huge benefit... 🥺

@Sukanta_Biswas is there any possible way of having this issue of not being able to send lives to other plays so I can get some in return fixed? I think I have described what is going on and sent enough backup pics above but if you are needing better clarification or more pics please let me know... again thanks for your help : )
