Getting ripped off

I am really sick of glitches in the game made so the player fails. Striped and wrapped candy form no where near the line they were played on. Special candies go off in the games for no reason other than so I can’t use them to win. Jellies hit and not bursting. Winning special candies for half an hour and never seeing them. Don’t tell me the problem is needing to log out and log back in. There’s no problem when I spend my money (which I won’t be doing any more by the way). You think people can’t see these glitches?

I would advise you to email Player Support so they can take a closer look on what goes wrong in your game and also compensate for any lost purchased items.

Go to the Settings in the game, choose the Help Center and send an email from there and Player Support will receive your Game ID and device specifications automatically.

I tried to get there through support in the game. It just takes me to a help centre with FAQs. I can’t send a message.

@LucyLabbie Go to the game's Settings up to the right of the map. Choose the '?', then a topic and finally any of the questions. Then scroll all the way down on the page and you'll find 'Contact us'.
