How many moves should there be .I only have 18. Most online suggest there should be 24. I am finding it impossible

Sometimes moves differ device to device and also if the Studios feel that the alloted moves were little more to some levels which make that level too easy. So to keep all the levels in a right kind of balance between too easy and too difficult king Studios often increase or decrease som moves.
