Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Your player profile is essential. It stores your progress in the games you play and any items you have purchased, such as Gold Bars. If you have a King account, it will also include your entire purchase history and your friends' list.
Please note that once your data is removed, the action is irreversible. It is important you consider carefully before deciding to delete your account. If you do, you will lose your progress, friends list (King account only), as well as any items you got for free or purchased in our games. Should you decide to return in the future, it will mean starting over again from the first level.
In order to continue with your request, you need to log in using your King account. If you don’t have a King account registered, it means that we don’t hold your personal information, so you can just delete the App from your device.
If you want King to delete all of your player information and you're currently on a mobile phone, head over to the Help Center in your King game. Once there, select "Privacy & Terms" and then "how do I delete my player account". Now select the topic "Legal & Privacy" and the sub-topic "permanently delete my account". And write and inform us using the “Delete my account” button below (only available on mobile).
Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with the requisite details to carry out your request and keep in touch with you until your request is fully completed.
If you want King to delete all of your player information and you're currently on a desktop computer or laptop, head over to the Help Center in your King game (Mobile app, Windows app, and for Facebook players please contact us). Once there, select "Privacy & Terms" and then "how do I delete my player account". Now select the topic "Legal & Privacy" and the sub-topic "permanently delete my account".
As soon as we receive your response to the above steps, the appropriate department will proceed with the deletion of all your player information from our records.
